Service 1st team pulled together on a weekend for an emergency service call at a local school.

The immediate response included an assessment to determine staffing and equipment needs.  Service 1st Restoration technicians arrived on site within an hour of the assessment and began emergency services.

Services & Restoration

Containment chambers built in necessary areas to prevent cross contamination and loss of controlled air, ceiling tile removal, moisture mapping of affected walls, content manipulation of classroom contents, content cleaning of all items throughout the workspace, water extraction, setting and consistent checking of drying equipment including air-movers, air-scrubbers, dehumidifiers, application of an anti-microbial, thermal fogging and continual moisture monitoring of affected areas.

Review of baseline and final indoor air quality tests to confirm mitigation was 100% complete, cleaning of all affected areas, including horizontal surfaces, carpets, hard surfaces and floors were completed to return the school to a pre-loss condition.
