Our Team

Since 2005, Service1st Restoration has helped thousands of clients recover from water damage, fires, storm damage, vehicle mishaps, bio-hazard and crime scene situations, mold remediation and natural disasters. Servicing the Central PA area, we strive to offer the best in personal service and to communicate during each phase of the loss. Our team of experienced professionals are lead by Owner, Jaime Novinger-Toigo and managed by General Manager, Rick McBride.  With a focused intent to serve the business community, the management team takes a proactive approach to risk mitigation, familiarizing the team with clients potential needs, prior to a loss.  The commercial training the Service1st Team completes enables the best in service for all industries including; Facility and Property Managers, Emergency responders, Schools and Universities, Nursing and Long-term care Facilities, Hotels and the Government.


Service1st is not just focused on producing quality work, but also to help build quality communities. As a team we feel that we have an obligation to help the community grow and prosper. The “Hottest Of” Disaster Recovery Charity was started with a two-fold mission of: helping to cultivate and recognize our local volunteer firefighters for their heroic work and selfless actions through the annual creation of a calendar which has also provided an opportunity to give back to those that have experienced a recent property disaster. The charity had made donations to the American Red Cross for several years in a row. We believe in building our community and recognizing our emergency responders. We value the services our first responders provide for our community and cherish the relationships we have built with them.
