Water Detection and Thermal Imaging Inspection Services

Whatever the cause of the water intrusion, Service1st will determine if a moisture meter, a moisture probe detecting device, or a thermal imaging camera will be best to identify the source and the extent of moisture intrusion.  Service1st will document through advanced documentation/imaging any areas of moisture intrusion. Upon the inspection being conducted, a plan and scope will be discussed to determine the next steps.

Inspections are commonly requested to assess the origin and extensiveness of damage for:

• exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) that have shown visual damage
• interior water marks not traceable to the cause of damage
