Boxed items can be unpacked by a Service 1st representative and put in place under your direction if you choose. If you decide during the pack out please let a Service 1st representative know so this additional labor can be added to the estimate for the insurance company’s review. If a Service 1st representative unpacks the boxes the empty boxes are removed from the residence at the end of each day. If you choose to unpack boxes on your own you would call Service 1st to pick up the empty boxes at no extra charge.
