1.) All contents are checked in, cleaned, ozoned for odor elimination and stored for the duration of the house repairs.
2.) Contents are inspected and a comprehensive estimate is provided to the insurance company. A copy will also be given to you.
3.) You and a representative of Service 1st will review the estimate and make final determinations on the scope of the work to be performed regarding structure repairs.
4.) After any possible revisions to the estimate, your job is put into our rotation for completion.
5.) All items are cleaned and will remain in storage until repairs have been completed.
