Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced environment, will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. This position will require a strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines. The position is multi-faceted and will work as a liaison with our office, project management and construction estimating team.  

Responsibilities

  • Answer and Process incoming calls with customer service as the top priority
  • Set up internal jobs and folders
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm inspections, meetings and job staffing
  • Ensure file organization based on company protocol and follow through with internal systems
  • Provide project management and sales support
  • Communicate with clients to assist with job selections
  • Set up job budget folders and work orders

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Desire to be a part of a collective team
  • Initiative and Ability to focus and multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
  • Possess sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Valid PA Driver’s License and good driving history
  • Must be drug-free, have a clean background and be a TEAM player
  • On-call availability 24/7/365
