The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced environment, will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. This position will require a strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines. The position is multi-faceted and will work as a liaison with our office, project management and construction estimating team.
Responsibilities
- Answer and Process incoming calls with customer service as the top priority
- Set up internal jobs and folders
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm inspections, meetings and job staffing
- Ensure file organization based on company protocol and follow through with internal systems
- Provide project management and sales support
- Communicate with clients to assist with job selections
- Set up job budget folders and work orders

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
- Possess sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid PA Driver’s License and good driving history
- Must be drug-free, have a clean background and be a TEAM player
- On-call availability 24/7/365
